A hot new color might be coming to the iPhone 7

Forget the Jet Black or matte black iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Bring on "Jet White."

Apple might add a glossy white color to the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, according to a report from the Japanese Apple blog Mac Otakara.

The site claims sources within the supply chain suggest Apple is at least considering the option, although the information might be unreliable.

Mac Otakara, at the very least, has a history of reliably leaking new Apple news ahead of their announcements.

Historically, Apple only releases new colors when a new iPhone launches. The iPhone 5S introduced gold and the iPhone 6S brought rose gold. And, to some extent, the iPhone 5C brought a handful of candy colors. Read more...
