Is Google's first Tango smartphone Lenovo Phab 2 Pro delayed again?

Chinese tech giant Lenovo’s ambitious Google Tango-enabled smartphone Phab 2 Pro seems to have got delayed again. The smartphone was expected to launch today (November 1) in the US as per the listing on the company's website last week. However, the US website still carries ‘Coming Soon’ tag for the Phab 2 Pro smartphone.
