Students in Tunisia aid hospitals running out of supplies by 3D printing 1000 face shields

Situated on Tunisia’s border with Algeria, Jendouba's few hospitals are understaffed and often lack sufficient supplies. 

So a group of engineering students launched the “Save Ain Draham” initiative, supported by Mercy Corps and Khir Khmir Association, using a 3D printer and laser cutter to assemble over 1000 face shields. Read more...
