Sleep Awareness Week 2020 is March 8 through 14, and it's a time to prioritize your sleep and improve your overall health and well-being. That can be hard to do on your own — if you're not already sleeping as well as you want, how are you magically supposed to just start now?
Tracking your sleep won't fix your sleep problems, but it will give you a place to start. If you know where your sleep is lacking, you might be able to make some adjustments and improvements. Fitbits are a great way to monitor your sleep — they're not just for fitness tracking.
