Spotify and Apple Music will offer lossless audio. Here's what you need to know.

It's time to up your audio game. 

Apple Music and Spotify both announced they will offer lossless audio streamingApple will offer it in June, and Spotify will offer it...well, we're not sure yet, but probably very soon. Other music streaming services, such as Tidal, have offered lossless streaming for years. 

But do you really need this feature? Even more importantly, is it worth upgrading your audio equipment to fully enjoy the benefits of lossless audio? And if so, which speakers or headphones should you get? Read on.
