While many apps that let you add special effects to your photos end up looking gimmicky, Plotagraph's app lets you add elegant animations that will make your want to revisit your favorite photos.
The idea is kind of like a Live Photo, but instead of photo with a bit video tacked on, Plotagraph's app takes a still image you already have and enables you to add animations to specific areas. The result is a kind of "moving photo" effect where only parts of the image are in motion. Read more...
