Trump shoots down Apple's Mac Pro request

As he is wont to do, President Donald Trump made news with a single tweet on Friday morning. This time, Apple was on the receiving end.

Trump said in no uncertain terms that Apple would not be given relief from his administration's trade war against China. If Apple wants to produce its beefy new Mac Pro desktop computer in China, it'll have to suffer the same tariffs as everyone else.

Apple will not be given Tariff wavers, or relief, for Mac Pro parts that are made in China. Make them in the USA, no Tariffs!
