People love streaming services such as Netflix and Twitch. Their internet service providers? Not so much.
That's the conclusion reached by the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report, which used data from around 250,000 customer interviews.

This year, satisfaction with internet service providers reached an all-time low.
Spectrum — formerly known as Time Warner Cable — received a score of 60 out of 100, an 8 percent drop from last year. Comcast's Xfinity received the same score. The most popular service was Verizon's Fios, which dropped from 71 to 70 over the last year. Read more...
