The Moto G6, LG G7 ThinQ, and LG V35 ThinQ are joining Google's Project Fi

Back in 2015, Google unveiled Project Fi to the world. There was a lot of skepticism targeted at the tech giant's first foray into being a wireless carrier (technically an MVNO) at the time. Flash forward to 2018 and the formerly invite-only service is open to all and offers a plan that's both competitive and unique.

One consistent complaint about Fi is there aren't many devices compatible with its SIM cards, but the service is changing that mindset today, adding three new devices to its lineup.

First up is the Moto G6, available for pre-order today for $199 ($50 cheaper than the regular price of $249). It features a 5.7-inch Full HD+ edge-to-edge display, a 3,000mAh battery, a 1.8GHz octa-core processor, an 8-megapixel front camera, and a dual-lens camera (12-megapixel and 5-megapixel) on the back.
