If you reduce the notion of a boat to its simplest purpose, it is a vehicle designed to keep you from getting wet.
Which is why Bugatti's new yacht, which comes with a jacuzzi and a fire pit, makes so little sense — and yet, I bet someone out there will be more than happy to dish out a lot of money for it.
It's not that a jacuzzi on a yacht is a novel idea; in fact, if you bought a superyacht that doesn't have at least one, you were probably ripped off. But the Bugatti Niniette 66, which is 20 meters (66 feet) long, is clearly not big enough for luxuries of that type.
